Customer satisfaction at Arblaster & Clarke Wine Tours is independently assessed — Posted on: 06/04/2009
A&C's post-tour client satisfaction rating is independently assessed by the Association of Independent Tour Operators every year. We are pleased this year to have increased our over-all client satisfaction ratio by 1% to 95.95, putting us in the top 10% of the 150 elite companies that belong to AITO and thus indeed in the top rankings for all tour operators.
Obviously, we will continue to work hard to ensure that this rate is increased to even closer to 100%! Your holiday enjoyment is very important to our small, dedicated team and hearing from you that you have had a great holiday is a huge reward for us!
