Last Minute Enquiries for wine tours.

Here you will find all our forthcoming tours for Autumn 2009 and Winter 2010.

Although we sometimes have to turn people away at the last minute because there is no space on the tour or because we can't find a flight, PLEASE do call us if there is a tour you are interested in, (even if the tour is later that week, or seems to be 'sold out'). We may still have availability, we do get cancellations and we may still be able to get flights or find a way that you can join the tour.

At the last minute, tours that include flights or trains are normally sold without the travel element, as any flights/train tickets we were holding are likely to have been released. Tickets can then be bought through your travel agent or we can book them for you on the web at current rates. Discuss the options with us as we are pretty good at finding solutions. Sometimes we can then make the booking for you or you might need to go to the flight broker or travel agent yourself.

Coach based wine tours and the Vineyard walking holidays are generally easy to join at the last minute, subject only to availability of hotel rooms and space on the the tour of course. So if the tour is under the maximum number and there is space on the coach, we will normally accommodate you up right to the day of departure.

Many tours, including the Wine & City breaks and walking holidays are now 'meet at destination'. if there are places available, these too can be joined at the last minute. He hope you can join us this Autumn on one of our tours.

Last minute travel arrangements nearly always cost you more. It is possible for the price to go up nearer departure if, for instance, the exchange rates change. However we do offer a no surcharge guarantee once you have booked. So early booking is highly recommended to guarantee your holiday price.
