Wine Cruises

Every year Arblaster & Clarke offer a small ship cruise.

You visit interesting out of the way places, sail into small harbours to avoid the crowds and stop for impromptu swims along the way. There is always a superb programme of on board tastings with a panoply of wines served with meals on board.

2009 We are chartering the fabulous Star Clipper, as we have many times before. We have a cruise in the Greek Islands sailing to the Peloponnese, Crete and the Cyclades.

Each day you will awake to new landscapes and some of the most beautiful small towns in Greece, including Nafplion, Monemvasia and Paros. We have a really flexible programme so that you can mix and match each day as you wish - there are visits including to some of Greece's very best wineries (it is worth mentioning that Greece now produces some stunningly good wines), there are visits to many of the great sites of antiquity including Athens, Delos, Mycenae and Knossos, or on some days you can just do some sightseeing, relax and swim.
