The Hirondelle
Hirondelle

Hirondelle Barge Cruise
The Hirondelle sails through Franche-Comté , an area enchanted with evidence of Roman, Spanish, French and German civilisations. The Hirondelle also follows similar routes and waterways of the Fleur de Lys and Amaryllis, but it also takes in the Canal du Rhône au Rhin, allowing for visits to Besançon (the birthplace of Victor Hugo) and Dole as well as Dijon and Châteauneuf for the wines!
Hirondelle features large windows and spacious rooms decorated in soft country shades. The barge has 4 comfortable double cabins that all have ensuite shower-rooms. The airy salon is decorated in traditional French auberge style.
There is an indoor dining room and an attractive deck area to relax on during the day.
Hirondelle accommodates 8 guests.
