Bordeaux Vineyard Walk
Discover some of the enchanting out of way parts of Bordeaux on this lovely seven day walk through the Aquitaine vineyards. We have a fascinating insight into the broad spectrum of Bordeaux life from small family owned chateaux to the majestic Grand Cru Classes of the Medoc. We walk across the vineyards of Loupicac, Barsac and Sauternes, with a drive across the Entre Deux Mers to stroll through the vineyards there onto St. Emilion as a base and walk to Pomerol and Montagne St. Emilion, exploring Fronsac and Bourg the next day. Followed by a ferry to the Medoc to walk the vineyards such as Lascombe, and Paulliac to Margaux.
Walk rating: Generally easy going, with some longish sections.
