Chianti Classico
Tuscany
Tuscany Wine Holiday for Individuals, special offer for early bookings
Our charming four-star hotel is in Radda-in-Chianti, in the heart of the lovely Chianti region. From here we visit a hand-picked selection of the top Chianti wine estates to taste the traditional Chianti Classico, which at this level are some of the most impressive wines of Italy. The main grape variety is Sangiovese, which appears in many guises and under a variety of names!
In the next part of the trip we explore the twin regions of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Brunello di Montalcino, home to some of Italy’s greatest and most powerful red wines.
Of course, if you’d like to make this into a longer holiday, why not spend a few days in Florence or Siena before or after your wine tour? We will be pleased to make these arrangements for you, or you can of course stay at your own choice of hotel.
