Autumn Champagne Extra

This tour has a very interesting selection of top growers and leading houses, where you will have the opportunity to taste a wide variety of Champagne styles.

We start off in fine style with a dinner at the caves of Veuve Clicquot-Ponsardin. Next morning we start with Vilmart where the base wines for their Champagne is made in oak barrels. Lunchtime is free to explore Reims. In the late afternoon we visit the our old friends Brice. This evening Conal presents a superb comparative tasting of luxurious top cuvées.

On Monday morning we visit the prestigious house of Billecart-Salmon, where they make great champagne in the modern style that ages gloriously. Our last visit is to Champagne Taittinger with a lunch at their Domaine de Murigny and a tasting of their range which impresses us year after year.
